Everything was great but service advisor and parts need help they’re overwhelmed.

It was a great 1st maintenance experience! Even though they were a little short staffed and running behind, we weren't there longer than an hour and a half!

Good service, price was better than I though.

I would give this service experience zero stars if I could. It was 9 business days before they looked at my vehicle to diagnose the problem, which they got wrong. During those 9 business days, my wife called twice and I went to the dealership twice. It was when I went up there the second time and started asking to speak with a general manager that they finally looked at my vehicle. It took 8 business days for the parts to come in. After going up there a fourth time, talking to a general manager and 41 business days later, we finally got our vehicle back. The next day our vehicle would barely start, smelled like gasoline and the check engine light came on. We took it to Everett GMC and they diagnosed the vehicle with a leaking fuel pump seal. They said I was sent home driving a death trap and lucky the car did not catch on fire. This whole experience with Southwest was a disaster from the beginning, from the lack of communication to the vehicle not being completely fixed. The only reason it was taken there was because it had to be towed and GM will only pay to have the vehicle towed to nearest dealership. If I ever need to have a vehicle towed again, I will pay the difference to have it taken somewhere else.

You were honest and up front with us from the beginning and didn’t run up the parts and service cost which a lot of dealerships do. I really appreciate your service. We will remember that when we are looking to buy our next vehicle. Thanks again!

Over 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. I know they were busy that day though.
